If notarization or certification is required for any of the above documents or instruments, a separate fee may be applicable. In certain situations, government or court records may first have to be certified by a government official before they can be apostilled. Extra charges would apply in such cases, however, Spiegel & Utrera, Ltd. will advise you of any additional charges before processing your credit card.

The above prices apply for documents originating from countries who are signatories to the Hague Convention, documents from those countries who are not signatories might also need to be authenticated by the appropriate embassy.
