Even if you do not charge for these services or are a non-profit type business or if that activity forms a small part of your business, company or license, according to the Consumer Credit Licensing Act 1974, no business, company or individual should engage in the activities set forth above unless they have a Consumer Credit License. It is a criminal offense to engage in such activities before you are licensed. Before you apply for your license, the name of your Company must be available. We will prepare your Consumer Credit Application at a reduced cost of £50 plus VAT when you form a company with Spiegel & Utrera, Ltd.
